Description of Event/Crime : On this date, the Westside Narcotics Unit
conducted a buy bust operation at the listed location. Homero Luna met
with an undercover detective and sold heroin. Homero was stopped after
the transaction was made by SID transport officers. During the search of
Homero, detectives located more heroin on his person. Detectives
recovered approximately 1/4 oz of heroin during this operation. Homero
was placed under arrest and booked into MDC.
