Description of Event/Crime : On listed time and date, the Eastside
Narcotic Unit conducted a buy bust operation at 9800 Sage SW. The
offender who was identified as James Kohut met with an undercover
detective Mr. Kohut then sold a quarter ounce of methamphetamine to the
UC and was then taken into custody. Mr. Kohut was found to be on
probation for trafficking and was also found to have two felony warrants
for trafficking. He was transported and booked into MDC.
