Description of Event/Crime : Officer Otzenberger conducted a MVD check
on a silver Ford Focus while on patrol. The check revealed that the car
was listed as a stolen vehicle. Officer Otzenberger conducted a traffic
stop with the vehicle and took all occupants into custody. The inventory
search conducted prior to the vehicle being towed revealed that the
driver, Baltazar Rocha-Nunez, was in possession of Crack Cocaine. Futher
research revealed that the car was in fact embezzled. Due to
inconsistent statements by the listed victim, Baltazar was not charged
with embezzlement. However, Baltazar was charged with possession of a
controlled substance. The passenger who was a known prostitute was
released after being questioned at the main police station. Case Agent
