Description of Event/Crime : On August 13, 2011 while working in The
Southeast Area Command Team 9, I was flagged down by Victim. Victim
stated her and her boyfriend Jose Arroyo-Pacheco got into a physical
altercation. During the altercation Victim attempted to leave the
residence but was forcefully stop by Arroyo-Pacheco thrown to the ground
and choked. I did go to Arroyo-Pacheco's residence in attempt to speak
with him and place him custody, but I was unsuccessful. I subsequently
wrote and filed a Warrant for his arrest on listed charges.
On August 30, 2011 while working with SE Impact (current
assignment) I was able to locate Arroyo-Pacheco's vehicle at his
residence. Arroyo-Pacheco was placed into custody and booked on his
warrant
