Description of Event/Crime : The foothills Impact Team conducted a
follow up a investigation in reference to the victim, Andrew Delgado who
was intentionally struck by a vehicle and Security Guard, Josephus
Edmundson who was assaulted with a firearm. Shots were fired from the
offender's vehicle as it fled the scene, leaving the victim with
multiple head and internal injuries.
Investigation revealed, David Padilla was the driver of the vehicle and
Christopher Padilla was the shooter. Arrest warrants were obtained for
both individuals who were taken into custody without incident. The joint
residence of both offenders is currently being secured, pending a search
warrant for the gun and offender vehicle which has been concealed in the
backyard of the home. Det. Stott is case agent.
