Description of Event/Crime : While working the NW Area Command Holiday
Tact Plan, Detectives observed a black Mercedes in the parking lot of
the Target at 9371 Coors NW. The observed the felmal sell illegal
narcotics to an unknown subject. Detectives assisted by Target Loss
Prevention confronted the female, later identified as Lisa Sisneros, and
a male subject in the vehicle. The male discarded several bags of Meth
and fled on foot into a nearby arroyo. Detectives and Uniformed Officers
pursued the subject but were unable to locate him. Sisneros was taken
into custody. It was discovered that the vehicle was taken at gunpoint
the day before in the NE Area Command (#103420055). A search warrant on
the vehicle recovered a fully loaded AR15 .223 cal magazine, scales, and
packaging material for narcotics. The outstanding male is described as
being Spanish, 5'8 #180 with prison tatoos up both arms.
