Description of Event/Crime : Valley Field Officer J. Fuller drove by
the 400 block of Hazeldine SW and observed a gray Jeep Liberty in the
driveway. A check of the vehicle's registration revealed that the
vehicle was stolen. Officer Fuller observed the vehicle leave. Officer
Fuller and Markwick conducted a traffic stop at 4th and Iron and took
the driver, Carlos Ochoa, into custody. NITe Detectives assisted with
the investigation. Ochoa was arrested for Receiving and Transferring of
a Stolen Motor Vehicle and booked without incident.
