Description of Event/Crime : Lupe Chavez entered the Walmart located at
8000 Academy NE and attempted to return for cash, $1400.00 worth of
merchandise she Shoplifted the day before. Officers arrived and took
Lupe into custody. Lost Prevention showed officers the video of Lupe
Shoplifting the same items she was attempting to return. Lupe had been
previously criminally trespassed from all Walmarts and Sam's clubs
because she had been arrested for shoplifting on November 15, 2010. A
warrants check revealed she also had a current felony warrant for
shoplifting. Lupe was booked on the aforementioned charges.
