Today Chief Schultz and Mayor Berry are excited to welcome the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives as they start their first NM Chapter. Twenty-one New Mexico officers have started the chapter, five are APD officers, including Deputy Chief Allen Banks. The event will be held today at the APD Training Academy at 5412 2nd St. NW at 5:30 pm.
