Description of Event/Crime : Street Gang Ofc R. Ingram was conducting a
check of Coronado Mall as part of the Street Units Holiday Tac Plan.
Within 1 minute of walking in the mall he contacted a suspected gang
member and engaged him in conversation. Upon checking him thru NCIC it
was discovered the male, Michael Wood, had an active felony warrant for
a probation violation ref Fraud. Wood was booked into MDC.
