Description of Event/Crime : On September 30th 2011 at approximately
1400 hours victim's house was burglarized. Victim had multiple
surveillance cameras on property and upon review of the footage he saw
what appeared to be his neighbor (Moses Griego) committing the Burglary.
The footage was turned over to BUST Detective Shaun Willoughby. Through
further investigation, and with the assistance of Foothills IMPACT,
Detective Willoughby confirmed that Moses Griego was indeed the offender
of the Burglary. BUST Detectives arrested Moses today and booked him
for Residential Burglary and Possession of Burglary Tools.
