Description of Event/Crime : Vice units made a controlled buy for
several Crack Cocaine rocks at 520 Texas NE Apt 3. The "Target" George
Martinez (09/02/1976) was seen with firearms at the time of purchase and
is a known violent felon. SWAT assisted in serving a night time
authorized search warrant and took Martinez into custody. During the
search, Vice detectives recovered: powder cocaine, marijuana,
prescription drugs, a scale and one 9mm pistol.
ATF Task Force Agents will take over the investigation and charge
Martinez federally.
