Description of Event/Crime : On 9/9/11 at approximately 2055 Hours,
Officer Gonzalez and Officer Abbatantuano(FOOTHILLS AREA COMMAND)
observed a suspicious male in a the Blake's on Eubank. Shortly after
they stopped to watch the location, the male jumped the counter and used
a 'stun gun' to drive stun a female employee numerous times on her head,
neck, arm, and torso. Other employees helped and they pushed him out the
kitchen door where officers took him into custody. He was also found to
be in possession of methamphetamines and heroin.
