Description of Event/Crime : On listed date and time, APD bomb squad
personnel were requested to respond to the listed address for an amnesty
call. Upon arrival, I contacted Ruth Wright, who told me her brother
James Reed had recently passed away and while she was cleaning out his
properties located at the listed address, she found unknown items marked
as explosive. The items were identified as Kinepak (ammonium nitrate)
and its tubes of Kinepouch (nitromethane) as well as a box of electric
blasting caps. All items were collected by bomb squad personnel to be
properly/safely disposed of at a later time.
