Description of Event/Crime : Belinda Dionisio was featured as one of
our top property crime offenders. NITe Detectives observed Belinda walk
outside the listed address, however when detectives attempted contact
she ran inside the house and barricaded. Belinda refused to exit the
house despite multiple verbal commands. Detective M. Hernandez was able
to contact the homeowner who was on the westside of town. The homeowner
responded to the scene and allowed detectives inside to apprehend
Belinda. Belinda was located hiding under the homeowners bed. Belinda's
husband Marcello was also inside the house, and was confirmed to have a
misdemeanor warrant. They were booked into the PTC without incident.
