Description of Event/Crime : Eastside Narcotics received numerous
complaints in reference to possible drug dealing at the Mission Hills
Apartments. Detectives conducted several days of surveillance and
observed a male subject selling heroin. Undercover Detectives posing as
drug buyers were able to contact the drug dealer and broker a deal.
Detectives arrested the drug dealer after selling heroin to the
undercover detective. The drug dealer was identified as Justin Ulrich.
Mr. Ulrich was booked into MDC for trafficking narcotics.
