Description of Event/Crime : On listed time and date the Eastide
Narcotic Unit conducted an undercover operation to purchase heroin.
Using a confidential informant to introduce a detective to Mr. Aaron
Romero, the detective arranged a meeting to purchase two ounces of
heroin. Upon meeting Mr. Romero, the heroin was purchased and he taken
into custody. Mr. Romero was accompanied by his cousin who was found to
be a minor. After testing the substance it was found to be an imitation
of heroin. Mr. Romero was booked for Trafficking an Imitation Controlled
Substance and Contributing to the Delinquency of a minor.
