Description of Event/Crime : Cornelius GALLOWAY was arrested by Officer
after a traffic stop on a Federal felony warrant charging felon in
posession of a firearm. The warrant was based upon an indictment
obtained by Task Force Offcer after his investigation of an incident
that occurred on July 8,2010 in which GALLOWAY fired two rounds from a
.380 pistol in his neighbor's front yard. GALLOWAY, a previously
convicted felon and gang member from Tulsa Oklahoma, now faces 10 years
in Federal prison $250,000.00 in fines and three years of supervised
release upon conviction.
