Description of Event/Crime : Both vehicle #1 and cyclist #2 were
stopped for the red traffic signal on westbound Comanche Rd/Pan American
Frwy N.E. Vehicle #1 was in the right lane of traffic and cyclist #2
was in the painted bike lane. Upon turn of the green light, the cyclist
fell into the path of vehicle #1's rear tires. Cyclist #2 was
pronounced deceased at the scene. Further investigation to follow.
