Description of Event/Crime : Detectives of the Child Exploitation Detail worked jointly with the National Center For Missing and Exploitation Children, and officers of the Eaton Pennsylvania Police Department to locate Sutch who was wanted out of Albuquerque for custodial intereference after she lost custody of her 12 year old child for neglect and abuse of that child. She fled NM with the child when detectives were attempting to locate her in an effort to return the child to her father in Arizona. After conducting a nationwide search for the mother with the help of the NCMEC, the mother and child were located in Eaton, PA. CED detectives obtained an arrest warrant and coordinated the arrest with the Eaton PD. The father was contacted and will be flown to PA by the NCMEC in order to be reunited with his child. Sutch will be extradited back to NM to face charges.
