Description of Event/Crime : #P193380056. Party Patrol was dispatched to listed 20. Upon arrival units could hear a DJ and a large amount of people were out in the street. Upon attempting contact w/the home owner, approximately 100 juves fled the scene on foot. The home owner could not be located and the house was cleared. A five year old and a 13 year old were found in a bedroom unattended. Approximately 50 people were detained inside the home for minor in possession. 34 cites were issued for MIP and five arrests were made. Upon being located, the home owner will be charged with 39 counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, two counts of child abuse, pending DA's review. The age range of the minors was 20yo to 14yo. One 14yo had to be totd for extreme intoxication.
