Description of Event/Crime : On 11/13/2010 the Mc Donald's at 4th and
Bridge was robbed at gunpoint. The primary officer on the call, Dosal
brought the report and video from the incident to the robbery unit on
11/15/2010. This was excellent video and was given to the PIO to run
through the media. On 11/17/2010 BCSO's Street Crime's Unit provided a
tip that identified our offender as Martin Jaramillo. The case was
given to Det. of the Robbery Unit on 11/18/2010. Through his
investigation and the tip he was able to obtain a warrant for Mr.
Jaramillo. On 11/18 the Robbery Unit conducted surveillance on Mr.
Jaramillo's wife and after a few hours we were able to follow her to her
husband. Soon after he was taken into custody at 319 49th st NW. It is
unknown if he is responsible for any more robberies. He was booked on
his warrant for robbery as well as three other misdemeanor warrants.
