Description of Event/Crime : NW Filed Services Officers and NW impact
responded to a call that Winsor, who had a felony warrant for a
probation violation stemming from an Aggravated Battery with a Deadly
Weapon charge, may be located in the Cottonwood Mall. Through
intensive investigation and surveillance they located Winsor sleeping on
a couch and took him into custody without incident. Winsor was also in
possession Herion and was booked into MDC on all charges.
