SE officers make two arrests during a hot spot operation

Description of Event/Crime : Southeast Team 4 Officers were conducting
a tactical plan "Operation Hot Spot" in the area of 544 Paloma's SE.
While conducting the tactical plan Officers observed Manuel Cisneros
DOB: 3/10/74 conduct a hand to hand transaction. Officers stopped
Cisneros; during the investigation it was found that Cisneros had
several felony warrants for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and
property crimes. Cisneros was booked. It should be noted that Cisneros
has a long history of violent crimes and property crimes.

Also, while working "Operation Hot Spot" Southeast Team 4 Officers setup
in the area of 216 Tennessee NE. While Officers where in the area they
observed a male subject in a stolen vehicle which was confirmed stolen
through NCIC. Officers watched the male until he exited the vehicle.
As the male was walking away from the stolen vehicle Southeast Team 4
Officers approached the male and detained him. The male later admitted
to Officers that he knew the vehicle was stolen. The male was
identified as Matthew Sandoval DOB: 7/2/79, he was booked for Receiving
and Transferring a Motor Vehicle, Tampering with Evidence, and Probation
Violation. Officer Trey Economidy took case responsibility.
